THE BOOK BALLADIERS ARE OPEN (Plus a discount loophole)

Hello my friends!

HAPPY LAUNCH DAY! *throws confetti* THE BOOK BALLADIERS IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS LOOK AT THE WEBSITE LOOOOOOOOOK

https://debbiecoll.com/the-book-balladiers/

You can also find it on the home page, under the tab "SHOP".

Go forth, and see what we offer!

(Even if you have no intention of buying anything (which I completely understand), it would mean so much if you had a look around. <3)

Don't forget! From now until next Wednesday, you have 50% off with the discount code CAMPFIRE!

(Psst! Over here! Hey guess what I found! Keep reading for a DISCOUNT CODE LOOPHOLE!)

Are you still on the fence about commissioning music for your book? Or are you hoping to save up some money for one, and don't want to miss out on the reduced price? With this loophole, you can lock in the discount, without the deadline!

What's the loophole? Well, the way the enquiry process works, you put the discount code in when you fill in the form on the website. Then we'll get back to you to discuss our ideas for the composition. At that point, you'll most likely email back and say something like, 'That sounds great! Please do that!' or 'Let's work on this a bit more'. In this emailing stage, you can change your ideas, and workshop things, and even pull out completely if you change your mind. It's only when you give us the all-clear to start composing that you are obligated to pay us for our work.

Anyway, here's the loophole: as soon as you put the discount code in the enquiry and send it off, you lock in 50% off. Then, when we email and say you're accepted, you could reasonably wait a few days before making your decision. You can discuss it with us more. If you decide to go ahead with it, then great! Even if you're accepting past the discount deadline, you've used the code, so you still get 50% off! And if you decide no, then that's no stress either! We haven't started composing, so there's no harm done. Either way, please let us know what you've decided, so that we can either begin working, or free up your spot for someone else. 😊

So, if you're still on the fence, I'd highly encourage you to fill in the enquiry form this week, even if it means potentially pulling out down the track. We don't mind! I'd be thrilled to see what kind of music you'd like to hear. :)

This wasn't an intentional part of the process (I only realised this yesterday! 😆) but I love the freedom this loophole gives you. One of my dreams for TBB was for it to be a business where we work with you to give you the best service for the fairest price. I love the flexibility I have as a small business owner, and I intend to take full advantage of it, and extend that to you too.

So, if you're still undecided, you have a week left to think about it. At the end of the week, I'll let you know that the discount is about to end. And if you're still not sure, fill out the form, lock in the great discount, and rest easy. Either way, please know that I'm on your side, and won't pressure you into anything. <3

Thank you again for your support, and happy browsing!

Here's the link again, for those who can't be bothered scrolling up 😂: https://debbiecoll.com/the-book-balladiers/

(Don't forget to share it with your friends and family and e v e r y o n e !)

And lastly, here are all the virtual marshmallows and a hug from me. *hugs*

Happy launch day! 🤩

<3 Debbie

PS. The next you'll hear from me will probably be Monday, for our annual Halloween story! After that, I'll share some questions people have been asking about the business. Please keep asking questions, and I'll include them in the list! Thanks again for the excitement and love surrounding this launch!
